I really wanted to like these, but the sound just felt flat to me. The bass came through muddy, the vocals sounded thin, and after a short while they got harsh enough that I didn’t really want to keep listening... 😕

The order itself came exactly as expected, so no complaints there. I just felt a little dismissed when I had a question, like they were trying to move on quickly instead of actually hearing me out. Still, the item was correct and arrived fine

I tried using the documentation on fluance.com to get things set up, and honestly... it was way more confusing than it needed to be!! I kept clicking around and feeling like I was going in circles??? Some of the steps seemed like they were missing, or just worded too vaguely, so I ended up searching elsewhere for answers. Frustrating when all you want is some clear, simple instructions!!!

I was expecting these speakers to be a lot more compact based on the pictures, but they’re way bigger in person. The sound is decent enough, so no complaints there, but they take up more space than I planned for in my room. If you’ve got a smaller setup like I do, you might want to double-check the dimensions before buying.

It sounds great when it’s working right. The audio is clear and has a nice feel to it. Only annoying thing is it skips every now and then, like it’ll randomly hiccup for a second. Not a huge disaster, but yeah, it’s noticeable and kind of irritating.

I was just trying to place a normal order and figured it would be quick, especially since I already knew what I wanted. I had everything ready, went through the usual steps, and for a while it seemed like it was going to be fine.

But once I got to checkout, it started getting irritating. The page was acting odd, and I had to type the same information in more than once, which made the whole thing feel way more frustrating than it needed to be. I did eventually get through it, but the checkout part was not a great experience for me.

I had a good experience with the site overall. It was simple to browse, and the product details were actually helpful. I think the pages loaded fine the whole time, though I can’t remember if that was before or after I started comparing models. That part took me a little while because I kept going back and forth, but in the end it was easy to use...

I wish I had looked into this more before paying. There really aren’t many upgrade options at all, and once the payment went through, I started feeling like I couldn’t fully trust what I’d signed up for. It’s not terrible, but I definitely expected more flexibility.

I get that issues happen with orders sometimes, but when customer service doesn’t really help, it makes the experience feel worse. Because of how it was handled, I don’t think I’d buy from them again

I tried ordering the speakers twice, and both times the color I wanted ended up being out of stock. The site didn’t make that very clear up front, so I felt like I was being passed around between the product page, checkout, and customer service just trying to figure out what was actually available. Frustrating experience overall.

My order showed up a day later than expected, but it wasn’t a big deal. The tracking was easy to follow the whole time, so I wasn’t really left wondering where it was… which is always nice because I tend to check that stuff way too often. The box arrived in good shape too, no dents or anything. Overall, not bad at all.

I bought this from fluance.com, the connectivity has been the biggest disappointment. For what it costs, I expected it to work more easily with the devices I already have, but it feels a bit behind the times. I ended up having to mess around with extra cables and adapters just to get things going, which was annoying. The sound might be decent, but if it doesn’t connect the way I need it to, that kind of defeats the purpose. If this is the setup experience going forward, I’ll probably look at a different brand next time

I opened the box expecting to just set everything up, but there were no cables or manual included. Kind of annoying because I had to go out and buy extras right away. Anyway, surprise side quest unlocked

I picked up a turntable from Fluance after seeing a bunch of solid reviews, i really wanted to like it. At the beginning, the sound was nice and it felt like a good buy for someone like me who mostly plays records on weekends and isn’t putting it through heavy daily use.
After a few months though, the speed started drifting, the auto stop became inconsistent, and sometimes it would not spin at all unless I unplugged it and tried again. Support gave me the usual basic troubleshooting steps, but nothing really solved the problem. My take is that it sounds good when it works, but for the price, I expected something more dependable. I probably wouldn’t buy it again

They helped me get the warranty stuff sorted out, which I appreciated. The only thing was that replies took a while here and there, so this whole process felt a bit slower than expected. Still, they did help with what I needed.

I couldn’t get it working, and the whole setup process turned into a headache. What made it worse was having to explain the same issue over and over like nobody was actually reading what I’d already said. It got old really fast.
